Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Information Technology Position Title: Motion Graphic Designer Working Location: MacPherson Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm) Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Develop visual concepts for multiple campaigns running at the same time on social media and e-commerce. Turn creative briefs into clear visual stories, including storyboards and quick prototypes, to gain stakeholder alignment. Use AI tools to create and refine images, including developing prompts and improving outputs through iterations. Support AI-enhanced photography by guiding lighting, composition, styling, and shot sequences. Contribute to social-first content creation, particularly short-form videos. Maintain brand consistency while adapting creative work to different audiences, platforms, and placements. Manage timelines and priorities across several brands and deliver quality work within tight deadlines. Review performance data and adjust creatives quickly to improve engagement and results. Work closely with designers, technical specialists, and client service teams. Present creative ideas clearly, explaining the thinking and approach behind each concept. Help develop visual identity systems and campaign toolkits based on brand strategy and market understanding.
