We are looking for a Careline Counsellor to help our Naluri members achieve their healthiest and best selves. As part of the Careline team, you will be involved in our mission to improve our consumers' mental and physical health via behavioural science.

Who we're looking for

Clinical Psychologist

  • Masters in Clinical Psychology, and;
  • Registered with Singapore Psychological Society (SPS), with valid registration.

OR

Counsellor

  • Minimum Postgrad Diploma, and;
  • Achieved 600 hours of face-to-face counselling, and;
  • Completed 60 hours clinical supervision, and;
  • Registered with Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC), with full membership.

Experience

Minimum 1 year experience in counselling/mental health sector.

What you’ll be doing

  • Be a key personnel responding to calls for emotional support.
  • Assess clients through detailed conversations, exploratory discussions, and observations to determine the appropriate interventions.
  • Provide assistance and support clients through healthy coping strategies.
  • Build strong client relationships with trust and respect, while upholding confidentiality of records and information.
  • Liaise with Naluri Careline Admin to ensure continuity of care when necessary.
  • Handle and support onsite crisis cases or incidents, when required.
  • Deploy services based on shift arrangements.
