As our Finance Manager , you’ll take full ownership of the company’s financial health, overseeing daily accounts, monthly closings, and strategic planning. This is a hands‑on leadership role: you’ll guide a small team, ensure accuracy across all ledgers, and partner with management to turn numbers into insights. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions (GL, AR, AP, and bank reconciliations). Lead monthly, quarterly, and year‑end financial closings with accuracy and timeliness. Prepare management reports, variance analyses, and cash flow forecasts. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks. Develop and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting processes. Manage and mentor a small team of Accounts Executives. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Collaborate with department heads to monitor spending and profitability. Review and approve payment runs, journals, and account reconciliations. What We’re Looking For Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5–8 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and statutory requirements. Hands‑on experience with Sage 300 ERP (ACCPAC) or similar systems preferred. Detail‑oriented, analytical, and dependable — you get things right the first time. Excellent communication and leadership skills; comfortable managing both people and processes.
