Payroll Executive at Tanjong Pagar, Up to $2800

Overview
6 months contract (renewable / convertible) • Up to $2800 • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6.30pm • Location: Tanjong Pagar
Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing for approximately 150 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Verify and compute overtime, allowances, deductions, CPF contributions, and other payroll-related components.
- Prepare payroll reports, IR8A/IR21 forms, and ensure timely submission to relevant authorities (CPF Board, IRAS, etc.).
- Manage employee records related to payroll, including leave, claims, and attendance data.
- Handle government claims (e.g., NS, maternity/paternity leave, childcare leave) and ensure timely reimbursements.
- Liaise with HR and Finance departments to resolve discrepancies or queries related to payroll.
- Stay updated on MOM regulations, CPF policies, and any payroll-related statutory changes.
- Support audits and ensure confidentiality of all payroll information.
- 6 months contract (renewable / convertible). Start around October 2025.

- Min Local Diploma
- Min 1 year end-to-end payroll experience
