Position Overview As a Spatial Solutions Consultant , you will play a dual role — engaging architects, interior designers, and developers to integrate Outlines into projects at the specification stage , while also managing showroom engagements with homeowners and boutique clients. You are both an outdoor design consultant and a showroom storyteller , translating Outlines’ brand philosophy into tangible project solutions. This is a client‑facing role that requires strong design appreciation, consultative selling, and the ability to deliver exceptional project and showroom experiences. Key Responsibilities 1. Design Engagement & Specification Sales Build relationships with interior designers, architects, and boutique developers. Conduct presentations and workshops to secure Outlines as part of design specifications. Provide samples, technical details, and application insights to support project integration. Influence early design stages to ensure Outlines is embedded into drawings and tender documents. 2. Showroom & Client Experience Host showroom tours for designers, homeowners, and contractors. Present the Outlines story with a focus on design harmony and application possibilities. Convert showroom visits into quotations and project opportunities. Manage sample requests and ensure consistent follow‑up. 3. Project Sales & Execution Support Prepare quotations, proposals, and coordinate closely with operations/installation teams. Track project pipeline from lead to closure using CRM tools. Ensure smooth client communication before, during, and after project delivery. 4. Market Development & Brand Building Represent Outlines at design fairs, networking events, and industry showcases. Actively gather market insights to inform strategy and product positioning. Contribute ideas to strengthen showroom experience and client engagement. Requirements Background in interior design, architecture, or premium design‑related sales preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to tell the design story. Interest in modern interiors, spatial solutions, and architectural aesthetics. Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable with both outdoor sales and showroom hosting. Experience in handling project‑based sales or specifications is an advantage.
