The Team Lead plays a critical leadership role in shaping the success of new entrants (NEs) by driving performance, instilling a strong advisory culture, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards. The role is accountable for developing high-performing teams through strategic coaching, data-driven management, and fostering a sustainable culture of growth, compliance, and customer-centricity. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of specialists and NEs, ensuring alignment with the bank\'s vision, strategic goals, and performance standards. Oversee the end-to-end onboarding, training, and performance management of NEs to accelerate productivity and reduce early attrition. Drive adoption of the Data-Driven Operating Model (DDOM) to monitor team performance, identify systemic gaps, and implement strategies that strengthen customer engagement and financial planning penetration. Build a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high ethical standards by reinforcing risk awareness, regulatory compliance, and professional conduct. Collaborate with senior stakeholders, business directors, and support functions to design and execute programs that enhance team productivity and customer experience. Provide strategic coaching and mentoring to specialists, grooming them to take on larger responsibilities and leadership roles. Ensure effective workforce planning, resource deployment, and succession planning to support business sustainability. Act as the key escalation point for operational, risk, and people-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with governance frameworks. Qualifications Min Bachelor\'s degree/university degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, and 5+ years of managerial experience. Proven leadership experience in financial planning or wealth management, with demonstrated success in managing teams and delivering results. Strong expertise in advisory practices, customer engagement strategies, and financial planning solutions. Track record of developing high-performing individuals and teams through structured coaching and mentoring. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to leverage data-driven insights to drive business performance. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization. Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance strategic priorities and operational excellence.
