Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CDD Analyst to join our Compliance team. This role is critical in ensuring robust client due diligence (CDD) processes and maintaining high standards in documentation review and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in onboarding requirements for both individual and corporate clients, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and apply CDD guidelines and documentation requirements for both individual and corporate clients.
  • Demonstrate expertise in various corporate entity structures and their corresponding documentation and account setup requirements.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of client onboarding documentation, static data maintenance, and transaction-related documents.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g., COO, KYC, Legal & Compliance, FCSS) to resolve complex documentation issues.
  • Track, monitor, and escalate accounts or transactions with documentation deficiencies or approved exceptions for management attention.
  • Ensure timely processing of business requests related to documentation, in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Generate and manage reports including daily updates, exception tracking, and aging analysis.
  • Support the team in achieving KPIs and departmental objectives.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
  • Execute client service requests and instructions accurately and promptly using systems such as ICOS, Avaloq, and CICSH.
  • Liaise directly with Front Office to resolve rework items and ensure timely processing of outstanding requests.
  • Escalate unresolved or long-pending requests to the Team Manager or Team Lead.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Good understanding of client onboarding and data maintenance guidelines.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Adaptable to evolving regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and reporting capabilities.
