The Treasure Box Singapore is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to helping families grow closer to God and to each other. We do this through the creation and provision of contextualised resources (e.g. devotional materials; family activity kits etc.) and services (e.g. workshops; training seminars; camps and programmes). Our outreach is both organic through our social media platforms and word-of-mouth, as well as in partnership with churches and other organisations.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and talented individual to join our team as a Creative Executive / Graphic Designer . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating creative ideas for marketing campaigns, designing various materials for print and digital platforms, and creating compelling visuals to engage our audience. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in product and event photography/videography to capture high-quality images and videos for our brand.

Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns, keeping up with the latest social media platforms and trends
  • Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, advertisements, posters, information booklets, and other marketing materials
  • Produce high-quality product and event photography/videography to showcase our offerings and events
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, social media, and photography/videography
  • Provide creative input and feedback during brainstorming sessions and design reviews
  • Maintain organized files and assets for easy access and retrieval
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva
  • Experience in photography and videography, with knowledge of equipment and editing software
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work and photography/videography skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
