About The Role
We're looking for an Influencer & Partner Marketing Manager to own and scale our influencer and partnership marketing efforts. This role combines creativity, relationship-building, and commercial ownership — you'll be responsible for building campaigns that drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and measurable ROI.
What You\'ll DoInfluencer Marketing
- Acquire, evaluate, and onboard influencers across relevant niches and markets to expand Osome's reach and generate high-quality leads.
- Plan and execute influencer content strategies, including campaign objectives, content formats, and market-specific approaches.
- Negotiate influencer contracts, commission structures, and deliverables, ensuring fair terms and clear ROI expectations.
- Own the Influencer P&L — manage budgets, forecast ROI, and track revenue from influencer-driven referrals.
Partner Marketing
- Collaborate with partners to design and run joint marketing campaigns, including co-branded digital ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), webinars, and content collaborations.
- Support planning and execution of partner-led or co-hosted events to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage co-marketing budgets, lead attribution, and revenue tracking to ensure ROI from partner initiatives.
- 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or high-growth startups.
- Proven track record of managing influencers, KOLs, and agencies — from sourcing and negotiation to campaign execution.
- Commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand partner needs and design win–win campaigns.
