Together, we can uplift new mothers, promote wellness, and grow with an organization that's making waves in the industry.Apply now and join a company that values empowerment, compassion, and positive changeWhat to Expect: Baby Care Duties Include: Cleaning, bathing and changing of diapers Feeding/Assist in feeding of babies Taking note of babies' temperature, feeding pattern, mental/physical behaviour, and/or other necessary information Monitoring of babies' growing progress Guide parents in infection control and baby safety measurements Ensure Baby Safety Umbilical Care Oral and Eye Care Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager Mummy Care Duties Include: Monitoring of Mummies' recovery progress Guiding mummies in breastfeeding Guiding mummies in baby care techniques Assist mothers in understanding and coping with postnatal conditions Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager Benefits: Lunch and Dinner will be provided for Day Shift Night Shift and Standby Incentive Punctuality Incentive Medical Incentive Annual Leave Learning and Training Opportunities Staycation for Birthday in 5-Star Hotel Care Scheme (Superior to MOH): You would be granted a GUARANTEED EXTRA $30,000 total on top of your monthly salary should you stay with My Queen for 5 years My Queen's CARES Scheme is TWICE of MOH's scheme, which only pays out $5,000 ~ $15,000 total in 5 years *Apply immediately to find out more, as we have limited vacancies*Additional Information: Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays Day shift: 8am - 8:30pm Night shift: 8pm - 8am, with night shift incentives 1.5 hours break included in shifts Qualifications Possess certification in nursing care, infant care or other relevant courses.
