1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Responsibilities Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including generating and sending invoices, processing payments, and reconciling accounts. Ensure timely collection of payments by monitoring accounts receivable aging reports and following up on overdue invoices. Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and customer billing issues. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve customer disputes and ensure a smooth billing process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and payment histories. Revenue analysis functions: Analyze revenue performance, payment trends, and collection metrics. Prepare and present reports and dashboards for management on accounts receivable status, collection metrics, and cash flow forecasts. Provide valuable insights by analyzing financial data to support strategic planning and decision‑making. Budget & Cash Flow: Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities related to revenue and cash flow. Compliance & Control: Ensure all revenue recognition practices and billing activities comply with accounting standards and internal controls. Goods and Services Tax: Accurately reflect GST charged on supplies and comply with statutory requirements. Record‑keeping of GST on transactions directly supports the preparation of GST returns. Royalties and Rebates: Prepare royalties and rebates computations based on revenue. Ensuring computation of royalties in accordance with terms of royalties agreements and rebate processing adheres to the terms of rebate agreements and relevant accounting rules. Audit: Support month‑end and year‑end closing procedures and assist with internal and external audits. Continuous Improvement: Continuously recommend and implement improvements to accounts receivable processes based on data analysis to increase efficiency and cash flow. Undertake ad‑hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or a professional accounting qualification. Experience Minimum 4 years in accounting/finance role, preferable with Fab/Manufacturing experience. Strong financial accounting and project management skills to collaborate across different stakeholders. Independent, proactive with a positive and hands‑on attitude. Auditing, Oracle ERP knowledge would be an added advantage.
