Overview

Assistant Engineer, Service Repair (Medical Device) – a team member of the Regional Repair Center (RRC) and responsible for repair of medical endoscopes in RRC. Adheres to processes, safety and quality standards required to repair medical equipment, and maintains the proper condition of the repair workbench as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Perform repair of medical endoscopes
  • Carry out workshop maintenance task assignments
  • Ensure compliance with GDPMDS requirements at all times
  • Perform 5S in individual and scope repair areas at all times
  • Any other duties as assigned

  • Diploma or ITE in Engineering / Biomedical Engineering
  • 1-2 years of Medical Equipment service provision
  • Personality: Team Player, meticulous and organized
  • Traits: Steady hands and keen eyes to handle delicate components
  • Electrical & Mechanical soldering skills
  • Require critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Good with Microsoft Office
