The projects may cover industries like Consumer Electronic, Tech, F&B, Services, Government, Fashion & Beauty, FMCG, etc., primarily within Southeast Asia. The incumbent is central to the running and further growth of Euromonitor's ad hoc research capacity, taking full personal responsibility for delivering projects to full client satisfaction. Key responsibilities: Primary and Secondary Research Conduct thorough, detailed desk research on a regular basis across multiple studies to gain a thorough understanding of project objectives with the goal of better informing the client and the consulting team. Research Management Client communication from project inception through completion, ensuring all core objectives are met. Presenting findings via phone and in person to clients to ensure client objectives have been met. Maintaining and developing the relationship between Euromonitor and any custom research client. Planning projects, including developing briefs, templates and other supporting materials necessary for meeting all project objectives. Conducting preliminary research into new project areas to develop useful project documents. Project Execution Day‑to‑day line management of any contract analysts (as relevant), including regular communication via phone and email, establishing schedules and administering final payments. Working closely with the Research Recruiter to ensure projects are adequately resourced and that the pool and quality of contract analysts match project volume and complexity. Reviewing all generated materials via querying, validation and final interpretation of data and analysis to fully meet client objectives. Requirements Master’s / Bachelor’s degree with at least 2–3 years of proven research project management experience. Right to work in Singapore. Experience presenting to clients at an executive level, evaluating, manipulating and analyzing numerical data, and managing or leading small market research teams. Highly developed research skills and knowledge of desk research, trade interviewing and a solid understanding of strategy and competitive analysis. Additional Southeast Asia language (not mandatory) to liaise with counterparts based in SEA.
