Exciting career growth opportunities Hands-on experience in social media, live streaming & events Work in a creative and dynamic environment What You’ll Do: Marketing Support: Assist in daily marketing activities, ensuring smooth operations Visual Merchandising Support: Liaise with store teams to ensure consistency of marketing materials and displays across outlets Administration: Assist with marketing reports, coordinate with external vendors, and handle other related administrative duties Social Media Engagement: Manage inquiries and content across platforms like Facebook to grow our online presence Customer Relations: Maintain and update our CRM database for effective communication Live Streaming Coordination: Support live stream activities, including order fulfilment and stock transfers Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and provide effective solutions Product Listings: Update and optimize product listings for marketing campaigns Event Support: Assist with local events and roadshows to ensure success What We’re Looking For: Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience Strong communication skills and a passion for marketing & social media Familiarity with social media platforms & basic CRM knowledge Proactive, organized, and customer-focused with a creative mindset Willing to work flexibly to support events, roadshows, or store promotions as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
