Position: Import Customer Service Executive (Job ID: 19687) AWS + Variable Bonus Company Shuttle Bus 1 day additional leave provided Open to 5.5 working days (Saturday until 1PM) Company: Freight forwarding Location: Changi (Shuttle Bus - 2 ways transport) Job Description: Act as single point of contact for Airfreight Import Manage internal and external customers for the movement of import shipments Follow up on urgent shipments pro-actively Liaise effectively with different level of stakeholders like Warehouse / Operations / Billing / Sales Ensure that customers' expectations are being met and mapped in SOP Regular Business Review with Customers - MBR or QBR Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by Immediate Superior Perform End to End Process which include Billing Follow up with Customer on any Billing Disputes Job Requirements: Able to communicate verbal and written in English language with relevant clients and stakeholders Required to work on Saturday (Twice a Month) Experienced in Airfreight Import Good working attitude Able to work with different levels of stakeholders Able to work on weekends if required Able to use Microsoft Excel for Reporting Interested applicants please send your resume to Jing Ling with email subject header "Job Application for Import Customer Service Executive (Job ID: 19687)" .We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
