Job Summary Drive both B2B and B2C sales activities, including the management of online store operations in collaboration with the team. Additionally, provide support across a range of marketing functions as part of a broad-based marketing role. Job Scope Sales Operations (B2B & B2C, and online stores) Manage and optimize sales through company websites, social media (such as Facebook, Instagram), and e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada). Develop and execute online and offline sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Respond promptly to inquiries from online and offline customers regarding products, pricing, availability, and delivery options. Address customer concerns and maintain a high standard of customer service. Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Collaborate with other departments and teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics tailored to various channels. Participate in strategic planning sessions to achieve sales targets. Track and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights to management on sales performance and market trends. Marketing Support Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns (online and offline) to generate leads and increase brand awareness. Support the creation of marketing materials, advertisements, and promotions. Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities. Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and new technologies relevant to sales and marketing. Requirements A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Prior experience in sales, marketing, or a similar customer-facing role is highly valued. Experience with both B2B and B2C sales channels, as well as online store management (e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, etc.), is advantageous. Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management (Facebook, Instagram), online advertising, and e-commerce operations. Strong analytical skills to track sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights on sales performance and market trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to clients, management, and team members.
