Senior Strategic Advisor (Reporting to CEO) Direct message the job poster from Trulyyy Overview We are seeking an experienced and versatile Senior Strategic Advisor to play a pivotal role at the highest level of our firm, reporting directly to the CEO. You will help shape the firm’s strategic direction, optimize core business processes, and provide expert guidance on critical decisions. This position grants authority and influence comparable to that of a seasoned General Partner, offering significant impact at an accelerated stage of your career. What You Will Do Advise on all major firm decisions, including investments, operations, and risk management. Lead and manage firm-wide hiring, incentive structures, and key talent programs. Represent People & Talent and serve as the primary liaison with partners and professional service providers. Oversee and optimize tax strategy, corporate secretarial functions, and senior-level recruitment. Make high-stakes decisions confidently, balancing strong intuition with a metrics‑driven approach. Basic Qualifications Exceptional professionalism and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and external partners. Comfort in making high‑stakes decisions, combining strategic instinct with rigorous data analysis. Background in tax, corporate secretarial, headhunting, and/or general management, with the ability to work across functions. Strong project management skills, capable of driving multiple key initiatives to completion. Preferred Qualifications Experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting, with knowledge of industry dynamics and best practices. Strong quantitative skills and the ability to use data to support strategic decisions and team performance.
