Job Scope Performs cost estimates and analysis for potential projects that have been selected for tender. Prepare tender and quotations. Review and analyze Contract Agreement of a project from the client. Review and prepare contract agreement to subcontractors and suppliers. Progress claim to client. Finalization of claim/account. Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors. Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents. Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies. Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required. Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets. Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders. Requirements At least a Diploma in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar. Must have at least 3 years experience as QS, prefarrably in Facade Industry Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills. Ability to organize, plan, and strategize. Great networking abilities. Applicant must be willing to work in Tuas area. Shuttle service is provided. #J-18808-Ljbffr
