Join a dynamic project focused on revolutionizing the logistics sector through advanced digital solutions. As a Freelance User Experience Designer, you will lead the design and development of user-centric interfaces for supply chain orchestration, real-time tracking systems, and cross-border integration tools. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex logistics workflows into intuitive digital experiences for both web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, conduct user research, and mentor junior designers, ensuring that all solutions are efficient, accessible, and aligned with industry best practices. The position is fully remote, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on global supply networks. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for digital logistics solutions, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver seamless user experiences Translate complex B2B logistics requirements into clear, actionable design solutions Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met across all platforms Mentor and support junior designers in UX/UI best practices Present design concepts and rationale to internal and external stakeholders Skills and Requirements Proven experience designing complex B2B digital products, preferably in logistics or supply chain environments Advanced proficiency in Figma or similar design tools Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI expertise for web and mobile applications Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, multidisciplinary teams Experience conducting user research and usability testing Fluency in both Spanish and English is required Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail About Twine Twine is a leading freelance marketplace connecting top freelancers, consultants, and contractors with companies needing creative and tech expertise.
