We value strong concepts, clean detailing, and hands‑on collaboration from concept to completion. What you'll do Develop, organise, and execute design concepts from feasibility to construction. Prepare drawings, 3D models, visuals, and presentation boards; iterate based on review feedback. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and authorities; contribute to tender and documentation packages. Participate in site meetings and support design/technical resolution during construction. Present ideas clearly—visually and verbally—to internal and external stakeholders. Requirements 3–8 years of relevant architectural experience (Singapore experience preferred). Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent). Diploma holders with strong relevant experience are welcome to apply. Strong design sensibility with a keen eye for proportion, materiality, and detail. Proficiency in AutoCAD , SketchUp , Adobe Photoshop (and/or Illustrator/InDesign). Good visualisation, graphics, and presentation skills; clear communication. Proactive team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on studio environment. Nice to have (bonus) Revit proficiency (family creation, documentation workflows). Experience with BCA/URA submissions, tender documentation, and site coordination. 3D rendering skills (e.g., V‑Ray/Enscape/3ds Max ) or parametric tools (e.g., Rhino/Grasshopper ).
