Marketing Manager Salary: $4,800 – $5,800 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Saturday (WFH), 9:00 am – 1:00 pm Working Location: Ubi Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing plans to support company goals across digital and offline platforms. Oversee digital marketing activities, including advertising on Google Ads and Meta platforms, SEO, and social media management. Manage and maintain the company’s Shopify e-commerce platform, including product updates, promotions, and analytics. Plan and execute product launches, retail activations, and marketing campaigns. Coordinate partnership and influencer marketing activities. Supervise the creation and development of marketing materials with internal design teams. Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance. Manage the marketing team and oversee day-to-day operations. Work with other departments to align marketing plans with operational needs. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or retail sector. Proficient in Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools such as Google Analytics or SEMrush. Experience in campaign management, partnership marketing, and e-commerce.
