Overview

Affiliate Marketing Manager (Relocate to Dubai to build an AI-native global brand + 0% Tax) role at Puffy. Onsite in Dubai with full relocation and visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the Partnership Strategy: Work directly with our Head of Marketing to execute and refine the affiliate vision. Your insights will directly shape our growth strategy.
  • Act with Radical Freedom: Access budget, best-in-class tools (Impact, Partnerize), and autonomy to negotiate groundbreaking deals and scale winning partners without layers of approval.
  • Become the Kingmaker: Engage in an organization led by a Forbes Council Member CEO, connecting your partnership strategy to a multi-million dollar revenue stream and establishing Puffy as a premier global brand.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • 5+ years of building dominant affiliate programs in the hyper-competitive North American D2C sleep industry.
  • You build strong relationships with major organic publishers and performance partners and use data to architect winning strategies that exceed ROAS goals.
