This role is ideal for an early-career professional who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating across teams to bring products from concept to customer seamlessly. What You’ll Do B2C Supply Chain & Planning Drive the S&OP cycle for our B2B and B2C business across travel retail, distributors, retail stores, and e-commerce. Manage end-to-end inventory planning for raw materials and components. Lead demand forecasting and analysis , ensuring optimal stock levels. Prepare reorder recommendations based on forecasts, lead times, MOQ, and current inventory. Coordinate closely with raw material suppliers (scent concentrates, alcohol, DPG), including PO management and delivery follow-ups. Participate in weekly Inventory & Planning meetings , documenting actions and ensuring follow-through. Maintain and improve production planning tools, inventory trackers, and scheduling frameworks — with a focus on automation and accuracy . Act as a key point of contact for distributors and travel retail partners on day-to-day supply matters. B2B Supply Chain Support Contribute to weekly S&OP meetings , sharing insights and updates across projects. Oversee oil stock management and coordinate between warehouses and subcontractors in China (perfume, candles, and ancillary factories) Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field . 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations Analytical, structured, and highly detail-oriented. Confident with Excel and comfortable working with data. Proactive, organized, and collaborative — you thrive in dynamic and fast pace environments.
