The Role

We’re hiring a versatile Growth Engineer to join our client's team in Singapore. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and engineering, where you’ll focus on optimizing the full user journey—from acquisition to long-term engagement—by executing technical projects that directly impact growth metrics.

This is an exciting opportunity to design and run experiments, optimize performance, and implement tools and automations that enhance user experience and drive adoption. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and data teams while taking ownership of projects from ideation to deployment, ensuring fast iterations and tangible results.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates across website, campaigns, and onboarding flows
  • Write clean and efficient full-stack code across our stack (React.js, Node.js, Python, AWS DynamoDB, MariaDB, MongoDB)
  • Analyze user behavior with SQL and visualization tools to identify drop-off points and propose technical solutions
  • Implement and integrate third-party growth tools and build automation scripts to improve efficiency
  • Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks impacting growth goals (e.g., load times, API response speeds)
  • Partner with marketing, product, and sales to align on growth priorities and execute shared roadmaps
  • Take full ownership of projects from ideation to deployment, monitoring performance and iterating based on results

Ideal Profile

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
  • You bring at least 2 years of relevant experience as a full stack or backend developer
  • You have experience working in high-growth startup environments
  • You’re comfortable with AWS and cloud infrastructure
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments with a strong attention to detail
  • You take initiative, solve problems creatively, and deliver results under pressure
  • You’re motivated by impact and eager to apply your skills to advance sustainability goals
