The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who can translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end product development-from vision to deployment-while ensuring business impact and technical excellence.Key Responsibilities: Own and lead the roadmap for technically complex products with high business impact. Work closely with engineering, DevOps, and architecture teams to define and deliver scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions. Bridge the gap between business and technology by combining product vision with deep technical understanding. Drive rapid and high-quality execution, ensuring timely feature rollouts, robust deployments, and continuous improvement. Lead product innovation by identifying emerging trends, new technologies, and customer needs. Bring a strong commercial mindset, aligning product priorities with market demand, revenue growth, and customer value. Provide thought leadership and mentorship to senior technical professionals within cross-functional Product Innovation team Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform strategic decisions. Collaborate across business, sales, marketing, and customer success to maximise product adoption and market fit. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science. 10-15 years of product management experience with hands-on technical exposure (coding tools like Python, DevOps, deployments). Demonstrated commercial acumen-proven ability to align product with business strategy and drive revenue. Firm grasp of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code. Familiarity with modern software architecture (microservices, APIs, platform engineering). Experience in leading product execution in agile teams, with a track record of delivering at speed. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Credentials Experience in B2B or platform products with complex back-end systems. Background in launching developer tools, cloud platforms, or infrastructure products. Exposure to AI/ML, data platforms, or cybersecurity products. Strong product storytelling and go-to-market collaboration skills. Team and project management Be empowered to own the product, inspire teams, and deliver customer value at scale.
