Job Description for Senior Product Designer

We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our product design team to elevate our desktop experiences and marketing pages. Combining smart layout choices and high fidelity visual design, you’ll bring product experiences to new audiences and devices.

You’ll be joining a design-driven organization where design thinking is valued and supported at the highest levels. As a Product Designer, you'll have the trust to implement your vision while collaborating with talented designers, developers, and product managers who are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences.

What You'll Do:
  • Create landing pages, develop page structures, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Position products and features in content and layout that enhance user engagement.
  • Contribute to the marketing design system of typography, color, components, and graphics.
  • Design features for the web version of the Crypto.com app, adjusting existing features or developing new experiences.
  • Contribute to the web design system.
  • Create visuals and animations, develop processes for graphics creation using tools like C4D, Adobe Suite, and AI.
  • Create product mockups to showcase app experiences and develop brand-related graphics.
  • Set measurable goals for website performance, research analytics in tools like Mixpanel, and collaborate with PMs and developers on tracking.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
  • Understanding of crypto and trading basics.
  • 4+ years of experience as a product designer for digital products.
  • Experience designing professional websites and web identities.
  • Proficiency with Figma, components, variables, and styles.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic tools like C4D, Blender, Adobe Suite, AI.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of user-centered design and UX principles.
  • Knowledge of research methods and when to apply them.
  • Ability to articulate design decisions and present to stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills and ability to build strong partnerships with product managers and engineers.
