Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Promotion: Actively promote the company's products or services through various channels, including events, social media, and direct customer interactions.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and potential clients to provide product information, answer questions, and deliver a positive brand experience.
  • Content Creation: Develop and contribute to engaging content, such as social media posts, blog entries, or videos, to promote brand messages and value.
  • Event Participation: Attend and participate in trade shows, events, and promotions, representing the brand professionally and creating positive brand visibility.
  • Market Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback, market trends, and product insights to the marketing team to inform future campaigns and product development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align on and execute marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, influencers, and industry professionals to expand brand reach.
  • Sales & KPI Management: Strive to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the marketing department.
