Sales Director - Capgemini

Roles And Responsibilities
  • Role requires someone passionate about technology and software solutions who keeps up to date with the latest IT trends.
  • Seek a senior Sales professional with a track record and experience to navigate and accelerate success in the MINDEF account and potentially other Singapore Public Sector agencies to maximize Capgemini’s footprint.
  • Collaborate with extended Capgemini teams across management, solution teams, risk, finance, tax, legal and partners throughout the end-to-end sales and account management process.
  • Formulate go-to-market strategies and drive growth through excellence in execution.
  • Own pipeline creation, accurate forecasting, client issue management, and implementation of account and business plans.
  • Help clients deliver results against complex business and technology initiatives.
  • In the Professional Services organization, work in a multicultural environment with opportunities to upskill and grow within the company.
Key Requirements
  • 15–20 years of sales experience within MINDEF and the Singapore Public Sector.
  • Ability to leverage senior customer and partner connections for strategic selling into the account.
  • Experience selling professional services (consultancy, software solutioning, development & integration, support and maintenance).
  • Strong understanding of MINDEF operations and IT landscape, with ability to connect Capgemini use-cases and SMEs to lead sales.
  • Excellent customer presentation, service, and financial/business acumen.
  • Self-motivated, driven and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
  • Positive attitude to bring the best in consulting and build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
Other Requirements
  • Familiarity with public-sector technology governance frameworks and standards.
  • Familiarity with public-sector procurement concepts, processes and considerations.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Strong leadership, organizational planning and time-management skills.
