- Response promptly to telephone and email enquiries about product ranges to support customer needs.
- Process sales quotation, sales orders, and delivery orders accurately and on time to facilitate smooth order fulfilment.
- Review contracts including Sales Agreements, Sales Blanket Orders, and Customer Purchase Orders to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Attend to walk-in customers, provide product information and assistance to enhance customer experience.
- Follow up on the status of sales quotations and orders to ensure timely progress and resolution.
- Coordinate with the in-house operations team to align manufacturing and delivery schedules with customer requirements.
- Address customer complaints and provide after sales support to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organized office files and records to support efficient operations and documentation.
- Assist the Finance department in following up on payments to support cash flow management.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned accordingly by the HOD to support business needs.
