Financial Operations & Controls Strengthen financial operations by implementing scalable accounting systems, policies, and internal controls. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to optimise the company’s financial health. Manage financial reporting, audits, and coordination with external accountants and advisors. Establish robust treasury and cash management frameworks to ensure liquidity and capital efficiency. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure financial systems and reporting align with regulatory requirements (e.g., MAS , BNM , or other regional regulators). Support capital adequacy planning and financial readiness for payment and digital banking licence requirements. Oversee financial compliance, audit readiness, and adherence to AML/CFT obligations. Business Partnership & Commercial Finance Collaborate with product, operations, and commercial teams to evaluate financial performance, pricing models, and product unit economics.
