About the role We\'re looking for a seasoned leader to head customer insights, experience strategy, and service process improvements for a public sector agency focused on enhancing community well-being. In this role, you will: Lead the collection and analysis of customer data to identify insights and drive actionable improvements. Develop and execute a comprehensive CX strategy to ensure consistent, citizen-centric experiences. Oversee service design initiatives using human-centred methods to reimagine and enhance customer journeys. Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, oversee budgets, and drive change management across the organisation. What we\'re looking for 8-10 years of experience in customer experience, data analytics, and service transformation. Strong skills with analytics tools such as Power BI, survey platforms, and process improvement methodologies. Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
