Job Description Summary

As a project manager on our team, you will drive key initiatives and projects that support our strategic objectives. Working closely with local leadership, stakeholders, and our technology teams, you will ensure that both employees and customers enjoy an exceptional experience.

Your day to day As PayPal continues to grow, so do our roles. Below is a snapshot of what you can expect, but part of the excitement is that no two days will be the same:

• Prepare program plans, drive execution & delivery of projects
• Manage scope and milestones across project(s) to ensure completion of project goals.
• Identify and track project interdependencies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Identify, track, prioritize, and drive resolution of project level issues, leveraging lessons learned from prior experience and work to address and mitigate systemic issues.
• Monitor and measure progress to ensure that the projects are on track, document accurate status of projects.
• Create presentations, creatives and related content.
• Facilitate idea brainstorming of new experiences for stakeholders.
• Manage events for internal and external audiences.

What You Need To Bring

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Events Management – Events are an integral part of what we do to achieve our desired outcomes. So if you have prior event management skills and experience, you’ll be able to ramp up in no time.
• People-Centric – You excel in building relationships, whether with coworkers, vendors, or external visitors. Interaction is where you thrive.
• Leadership & Initiative – You’re a proactive, self-motivated individual with a “can-do” attitude who’s eager to lead projects from start to finish.
• Exceptional Communication – Clear, compelling writing and communication are your strengths. You're comfortable presenting ideas and plans to senior management.
• Influence Without Authority – You know how to rally stakeholders and bring them on board with your vision, even when formal authority is absent.
• Creative Problem-Solving – You navigate conflicting priorities with ease, making sound decisions while remaining flexible in dynamic situations.
