We Are Looking for a Head of Store Planning (Retail) Imagine shaping the very spaces where travellers discover, dine, and connect. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will spearhead the design and evolution of our retail and dining environments across Singapore’s bustling travel ecosystem. With your strategic mind and creative heart, you’ll guide a high‑performing team, shape game‑changing concepts, and bring innovation to life through immersive experiences, cutting‑edge technology, and sustainability‑driven design. Responsibilities Contribute to global strategy by engaging with our Global Store Planning and Innovation Communities, helping define the future of travel retail. Own the full design adaptation of stores, restaurants, and offices, ensuring every space brings our brand vision to life — from VM and graphics to music and ambience. Champion innovation, pushing boundaries in circular design, sustainability, digital content, and multi‑sensory retail experiences. Collaborate closely with landlords, airports, and brand partners on tenders, concepts, and store construction. Build and manage a strong network of agencies and contractors, ensuring world‑class project delivery. Oversee regulatory compliance and support Operations in maintenance, refurbishments, and emergency responses. Create engaging physical and digital content with Marketing and Commercial teams to boost shopper engagement, conversion, and spend. Partner with Business Development to support tenders, renewals, new brand launches, and M&A opportunities, providing compelling design concepts and cost‑effective solutions. Own CAPEX and budgeting, while maintaining a centralised database to benchmark vendor performance, timelines, and project costs. Lead projects end‑to‑end — from vision to completion — ensuring on‑time delivery, design integrity, and commercial impact. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, Retail, or related discipline. 8+ years’ experience in multinational retail/dining environments, with 2–3 years in project management and store planning. Proven experience developing new retail concepts, tender submissions, and design strategies. Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder influence, and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines. Excellent communication skills, collaborative leadership style, and comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment. Proficiency in MS Office and Project; AutoCAD is a plus.
