About You:

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to join the Krayden Inc. team in Singapore. The General Manager (GM) will oversee the management, operations, and duties of various departments and facilities for Krayden Inc. - Asia. In addition, the GM is responsible for meeting business goals, fostering an exceptional environment that aligns with Krayden Inc.'s Core Values, and implementing and enforcing company policies.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Responsible for building and maintaining a team consisting of members of various departments to ensure a team approach towards a goal of meeting or exceeding customer demand and satisfaction.
  • Establishes and maintains positive effective relationships with all suppliers, vendors and manufacturers associated with Krayden, Inc.
  • Ensures conformance to all policies and procedures including AS/ISO, OSHA, DOT, and any other Regulatory bodies as required.
  • Ensures company-wide compliance to the Quality Management System.
  • Establish goals and direct operations of all Warehouses.
  • Develop and manage budgets.
  • Provide effective leadership and develops team members through effective hiring, coaching, performance management, and training at all facilities.
  • Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures including AS/ISO, and all other pertinent Accounting policies and requirements.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with Krayden TSRs, Customers (New/Existing) & Suppliers to promote applications and value proposition.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, Area Director, or similar title and level of responsibility
  • 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing
  • Experience managing P&L
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must have strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience developing and implementing strategies.
