Job Description Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with bank customers and branch staff to drive insurance referrals and long-term engagement. Act as a key liaison between the bank and insurance provider, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Provide personalized service by understanding clients’ financial goals and tailoring insurance solutions accordingly. Maintain regular contact with clients to review their coverage, address concerns, and identify opportunities for policy enhancements or new products. Advisory & Compliance: Deliver professional and ethical financial advice aligned with clients’ needs and regulatory standards. Ensure full compliance with MAS regulations and internal policies, including proper documentation and disclosure practices. Stay current with industry developments, product updates, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and relevant advice. Uphold high standards of integrity and transparency in all client interactions and sales processes.
