Job Overview Company: Multinational pharmaceutical company Location: Central Job Description To manage the overall business operations and sales performance of the Singapore office, with a strong focus on improving sales results, ensuring smooth daily operations, and acting as the main link with the Director. Responsibilities Drive sales growth for internal business team (Medicinal) Monitor sales performance and implement improvement actions Daily operations, including sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and HR Ensure good coordination among all team members Support budgeting, cost control, and profitability improvement Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies Prepare and submit regular business and sales reports to the Director (Malaysia) Requirements Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry Strong sales and business management experience Generic drug business experience is preferred.
