We are partnering with a leading global asset management firm to hire a Performance & Analytics Operations Support professional on a 12-month contract in Singapore.
The successful candidate will support a key data migration project involving the transition of Performance & Analytics data feeds from an existing middle-office provider to a new service provider.
For this role, we are open to considering freshers who have internship experience in Python and Data in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities- Support the migration of Performance & Analytics data feeds and system configurations.
- Work closely with project teams, business analysts, testing teams and external service providers.
- Participate in functional and integration testing.
- Analyse data discrepancies, perform reconciliations and validate investment performance returns.
- Support implementation, go-live and post-implementation activities.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting platforms and Power BI dashboards.
- 0-3 years' experience in Performance Analytics, Investment Operations, Fund Accounting, Middle Office, Reconciliation or Data Management.
- Exposure to FactSet (SPAR, PA, Vault) or other performance measurement systems would be advantageous.
- Understanding of investment operations, IBOR, trade lifecycle and corporate actions.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in system migration, testing or project implementation would be an advantage.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or a related discipline.
