Overview Responsibilities

  • Analyzing Information: Dive into key data, insights, and facts to determine actions for the business’s success.
  • Elicitation: Set up the foundation of a project by asking questions, gathering opinions and information by interviewing stakeholders and departments to analyze what teams to work with, what processes are needed, and other requirements.
  • Documentation On Requirements: Document inputs, actions, and outcomes exchanged between the team and departments so stakeholders can review them.
  • Communicating: Act as a bridge between teams, departments, and stakeholders to ensure processes, actions, and inputs align with desired outputs.
  • Planning & Implementing Best Solutions: Plan and implement effective actions and solutions that meet end goals of business stakeholders.
  • Testing: Test and measure implemented solutions to track progress and build training materials, capturing elicitation questions for the record.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
  • 3+ years Salesforce.com consulting/implementation experience
  • 5+ years experience in Salesforce Business Analyst role
  • Salesforce Certified for Administrator or cloud certificates
  • Business Process Engineering / Re-engineering background in sales, marketing, and/or customer support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive-level presence and facilitation experience
  • Successful track record as overall lead for enterprise CRM implementations and technology initiatives
