Responsibilities: Support the recruitment team and hiring managers throughout the full recruitment cycle across global business units. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system. Coordinate, schedule, and manage interview logistics across multiple time zones and locations. Develop and post job descriptions collaboratively with hiring managers and teams. Pre-screen resumes and ensure HR forms and documents are properly tracked and filed. Assist with other ad-hoc projects as needed. Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; HR-related studies are a strong advantage. Strong willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Data-driven and meticulous with details.
