Join the dynamic and driven Marketing team at Income Insurance Limited as the Assistant Manager, Marketing Promotions. You will be pivotal in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns to promote Income Insurance's innovative product offerings.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and implement engaging marketing promotions across diverse channels
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from ideation to execution and evaluation
  • Conduct market research to identify customer insights and trends that inform the development of strategic marketing initiatives
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise marketing tactics to maximise reach and effectiveness
  • Liaise with vendors and partners to ensure seamless delivery of marketing assets and activities
  • Support the planning and budgeting process for the marketing promotions function
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes and best practices

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience in a marketing or promotions role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creating engaging and impactful content
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting to measure and optimise marketing initiatives
  • Demonstrated creativity and strategic thinking to conceptualise innovative marketing solutions
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
