About the Role

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator (Cloud) with strong expertise in network and endpoint protection . You will be responsible for supporting cloud operations, managing network security infrastructure, and ensuring secure connectivity across platforms. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies while working in a collaborative IT environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls and GlobalProtect VPN .
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot AWS networking components (VPC, Security Groups, Route Tables, etc.).
  • Support endpoint protection, access controls, and enforcement of network security policies.
  • Respond to network-related incidents and service requests in line with ITIL processes .
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to ensure reliable and secure connectivity.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and change management.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
  • Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewall and VPN solutions .
  • Knowledge of AWS Cloud networking services .
  • Familiarity with endpoint protection tools and security best practices.
  • Exposure to ITIL-based service management processes.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
