Management Executive in Junior College

Job Summary You will manage and execute comprehensive administrative and student support functions for Junior High and Senior High admissions and student affairs. This role requires strategic coordination of admission processes, student engagement initiatives, and parent relations to support school operations and enhance stakeholder experience. Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of admissions processes for Senior High (April to July) and Junior High (April to August, December), including Direct School Admission (DSA) and Joint Admission Exercise (JAE) appeals Develop and manage registration websites and student databases to streamline admissions and communication with students and parents Coordinate and communicate test dates, selection interviews, and compile final admission lists in collaboration with Vice Principals and Year Heads Design and implement student health and dental screening programs, NRIC registration, and Quality of School Experience (QSE) surveys aligned with student timetables and mentor communications Organize Junior High Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM) and manage updates and liaison with the Language Centre for third language programs Oversee Secondary 1 posting exercises and Junior High 1 orientation, including school tours and open house event support with website registration and school list analysis Facilitate parent support relations by managing logistics for Parent-In-Action (PAACT) events such as AGM, Executive Committee meetings, Principal-parent meetings, and Teachers’ Day celebrations Coordinate PAACT membership registration and donation card distribution during Junior High 1 orientation and communicate school event updates and MOE information to parents Conduct semester-based learners’ engagement surveys and manage reception duties from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. daily, including coverage of Student Services Centre when required Verify student records with HR agencies and manage printing of name cards Support international student perception surveys and development projects such as signage, donor boards, and partnership boards Provide ad hoc administrative support during PTMs, school tours, and DSA admissions, including handling registration, email, and phone enquiries related to admissions Required competencies and certifications Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build interpersonal relationships to support school and parent engagement Proven teamwork skills combined with high initiative and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to manage administrative tasks and data processing Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in school administrative roles Degree holder or equivalent qualification #J-18808-Ljbffr
