Overview

Senior Engineer, Metrology Process Development

Responsibilities
  • Own applications and develop new metrology with Focused Ion Beam (FIB) systems with optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support task force groups, mentor new hires, and provide expert technical guidance.
  • Manage and establish technology roadmaps, ensuring efficient operation and fostering strong industry relationships with suppliers.
  • Implement innovative FIB applications to close inline detection gaps.
  • Adopt advanced First-of-a-Kind (FOAK) equipment to optimize workflow processes and equipment utilization.
  • Identify modeling opportunities using metrology and detection data to explain electrical failed signatures at probe and their impact on product reliability and performance.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Focused Ion Beam (FIB) techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of improving product reliability and performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience mentoring and guiding research teams.
