Lead Engineer, Agile Development, ICPMC

What you will be working on:

The job-holder will be responsible for the following:
• Present clear recommendations and clear understanding of risks, outcomes and trade-offs to facilitate stakeholder in making business decisions.
• Facilitate and Support Agile ceremonies in collaboration with the Agile Development Team.
• Experience in agile development and scrum processes for ICT project implementation
• Apply Design Thinking / Service Design methodology and tools to develop and execute the approach to derive current state gaps and challenges, and future state design and solutions
• Partner with business work units to elicit business needs and discover pain-points through human-centric, visual methods such as service journeys and to assist to develop the appropriate business case
• Support with Product Owner to articulate their requirements and refine product backlog
• Partner with business teams to put up a business proposal to seek funding for the development of the project
• Work with project teams to develop / assist to develop user stories, to develop / review functional/technical specifications and acceptance criteria
• Work with the scrum teams to ensure successful delivery of product within timeline
• Collaborate with project teams, technical teams and stakeholders to map current ('As-Is') and future ('To-Be') process flows and to maintain up-to-date ecosystem process maps within the Agency
• Analyse impact of requested changes and propose improvements to continuously address changing business needs

What we are looking for:

• 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Experienced in managing and implementing Agile projects.
• Hands-on experience in managing full project development life cycles (optional)Advantageous to have:- Consulting or Business Analysis experience- Business Analysis certification: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)- Certified SCRUM Master- Certified Product Owner (optional)All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
