We’re looking for a Video Editor with at least 3 years of professional experience who combines strong storytelling instincts with solid technical craft, and who understands how to turn business, brand and organisational messages into compelling films.
You should be someone who cares about the details and also understands the bigger picture: What are we trying to communicate, and how should the audience feel?

You’ll work closely with our Directors, Producers and Motion Designers to turn strategy, scripts, interviews and footage into films that communicate clearly and influence effectively.
EDITORIAL STORYTELLINGFind the story, not just the shots
Edit corporate films, brand films, leadership stories, profile interviews, employer-branding content and campaign series
Shape clear narrative structures from scripts, interviews and raw footage
Identify the strongest moments, insights, performances and soundbites
Distil complex information into stories audiences can follow
Build pacing and emotional progression that supports the communication objective
Create strong openings, transitions and endings that help the story land
Maintain the right tone for corporate and institutional brands without making films feel corporate or generic
Interpret consolidated client feedback thoughtfully
Find creative solutions that address feedback while protecting the story
Strong communication should still look and feel excellent
Create edits with strong pacing, rhythm and visual flow
Make thoughtful use of music, sound design and silence
Select appropriate stock footage and supporting visuals where required
Work comfortably with supers, subtitles, typography and simple motion graphics
Perform basic colour correction and grading
Handle basic audio clean-up and levelling
Maintain high visual and technical standards throughout the edit
Be part of the thinking, not just the execution
Collaborate closely with Directors and Producers on storytelling approaches
Participate in discussions about structure, music, tone and treatment
Challenge ideas constructively when you see a better editorial solution
Flag problems before they become expensive problems
Work with motion designers, sound designers, colourists and other specialists when required
Stay objective about your work and respond professionally to feedback
Help raise the overall quality of the team's creative output
Creativity works better when the fundamentals are organised
Manage multiple edits and deadlines responsibly
Keep project files, footage, audio and graphics structured and organised
Maintain disciplined sequence and version management
Work efficiently with shared storage and collaborative workflows
Prepare accurate masters and exports across different platforms and specifications
Flag timeline or technical risks early
Archive completed projects properly
