Rising Impact is a dynamic sales and marketing company dedicated to helping brands grow through face-to-face promotions, roadshows, booths, and event marketing. We work with a range of clients to boost awareness, drive product sales, and create memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Represent client brands professionally at roadshows, events, and promotional booths.
- Approach, engage, and educate potential customers about products or services.
- Drive product sales and/or lead generation on-site.
- Set up and maintain event booths (includes visual displays, samples, flyers, etc.).
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales and performance targets.
- Collect customer data and feedback when required.
- Attend pre-event briefings and training sessions.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth event operations.
- Outgoing, confident, and personable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven attitude and high energy level.
- Able to work flexible hours (including weekends and public holidays).
- Comfortable working outdoors and at various event locations.
- Prior experience in sales, events, or customer service is an advantage (but not required).
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
- One of the highest commission % in the industry + sales incentives/bonuses.
