A Snapshot As a Senior Talent Partner, you will play a key role in shaping AirTrunk’s growth. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent you will work with the broader People & Culture team and business and help build high‑performing, diverse teams across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. You will attract, recruit, and onboard exceptional talent while contributing to broader People & Culture initiatives. Your expertise will guide hiring teams to make informed, effective decisions that support AirTrunk’s continued success. What You’ll Do Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding experience, ensuring every candidate has a great experience Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates, and provide consultative guidance to hiring teams Build and manage recruitment agency partnerships where required Maintain accurate, consistent job descriptions across the business Oversee external job advertising and ensure compliance with local market testing requirements, including immigration and visa processes Develop strategies to build diverse talent pipelines across regions and functions Source talent directly through various platforms, networks, and referrals Strengthen relationships with hiring teams to generate high‑quality candidate pools Contribute to People & Culture projects and initiatives Utilisation of reporting to support data‑driven decision‑making What You Bring 6+ years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, ideally across Corporate Services functions (Finance, Marketing, Legal etc) Previous experience in Asia Pacific and Middle East highly desirable Experience in internal recruitment Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building capability Confident negotiation and influencing skills Adaptability in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment AirTrunk is an equal‑opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive, diverse, and supportive workplace where every individual can thrive.
