Analytics Engineer at Aios Medical — Remote, $90k-$150k/yr inc equity Aios Medical is building an AI-powered clinical operating system and aims to accelerate the mass-market adoption of consumer biotech products. This role focuses on owning and improving the data stack to enable reliable, accessible data across teams. Responsibilities Build and maintain stable ETL pipelines that sync 20+ data sources into the data warehouse (Redshift) and ensure reliable, low-maintenance data flows. Own data engineering fundamentals: warehouse architecture, dbt transformations, pipeline tooling, and overall data reliability. Support analytics for Growth and Product/Ops (e.g., CAC, CPL, funnel metrics, time to medication) and ensure data is clean and trusted. Act as a solo operator who defines what matters, builds backend logic, and ensures end-to-end data tracking. Partner with leadership to define key metrics across the customer journey and implement systems to measure them. Collaborate with the Head of Engineering and other stakeholders to scale toward a centralized data team. Qualifications 5+ years of data experience with at least 3+ years in data engineering; experience owning pipelines, warehouses, and reporting in fast-moving environments. Experience building and maintaining data pipelines that synchronize multiple sources into a central warehouse (e.g., Redshift) with robust syncing logic and error handling. Strong SQL skills: write, debug, optimize complex queries; comfortable with large datasets and production transformations. Ability to define business metrics (e.g., CAC, time to medication) and map them to data sources end-to-end. Autonomy to operate as a solo contributor or early hire; able to prioritize and unblock work independently. Experience building or leading a data team is a plus. Nice to Have Experience with growth metrics, clinical/product metrics, and operational healthcare analytics. Familiarity with analytics tooling (e.g., Metabase) and customer data platforms (e.g., Rudderstack). Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and ability to debug complex data issues.
