Responsibilities
  • Develop and curate a yearly program and event calendar that engages diverse audiences, leveraging a network of global presenters, venues, festivals, entertainment and event agents to enhance programming quality and execute high-profile events
  • Oversee the end-to-end production process for events, ensuring seamless execution while collaborating with technical teams, vendors, and creative partners to deliver exceptional experiences
  • Build and maintain relationships with target audiences to expand our network, identify new business opportunities, and implement strategies that enhance event offerings and drive revenue
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with organizational goals, while identifying and executing quick-fix solutions to ensure continued progress
  • Collaborate with Food & Beverage and operations teams to optimize staffing strategies and ensure all potential revenue streams are fully leveraged during events
Qualifications
  • 8+ years experience in creative direction, cultural programming, or hospitality/events leadership
  • Demonstrated success curating multifaceted programs that blend art, entertainment, and lifestyle
  • Strong network of creatives, performers, and collaborators across industries
  • Exceptional project management, ideation, and storytelling skills
  • Deep understanding of experiential branding and guest experience innovation
  • Comfortable presenting ideas to stakeholders and building consensus across departments
