Overview This role sits within the Global HR team, supporting both retail and corporate teams across Asia and Europe. It provides support to the reporting manager in the area of compensation & benefits and HR reporting for all countries. The role involves supporting benchmarking submissions, job evaluations, and the merit/bonus annual cycle; and analyzing and maintaining best practices in Total Rewards. Responsibilities Provide support to HR counterparts in global offices by offering guidance on benchmarking data and salary ranges. Conduct annual market research and analysis to ensure salary ranges remain competitive and aligned with industry standards. Support annual compensation processes, including merit reviews, bonus calculations, and long-term incentive (LTI) simulations. Contribute to the job architecture project by conducting job evaluations and revamping salary structures. Maintain the global job code inventory and ensure data integrity across all global compensation records. Lead the annual budgeting exercise in coordination with local HR teams, focusing on C&B costing. Support administration and maintenance of benefits programmes. HR Analytics: Build structure and content of HR reporting for Asia; design and develop dashboards for automated reporting on key HR metrics; support in-country HR with data analysis and insights for business leaders; collaborate with cross-functional teams to highlight workforce issues and provide recommendations; track monthly dashboard information and annual work plan to ensure decision-ready information for leaders; support delivery of projects in the annual work plan. HRIS Support: Manage HRIS work in Oracle including Core HR and Absence Management for all countries across APAC and Europe; be the first point of contact for HRIS troubleshooting and maintenance for global locations; prepare HR reporting, dashboard updates, attrition reports; participate in projects and track deliverables. Job Requirements Candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree with preferably 3-5 years of HR experience specialized in C&B and HR analytics. Organized with attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with Tableau and/or Power BI (or similar). A self-driven team player with the ability and keen interest to learn and apply new tools and techniques. Experience with survey design and analysis. Strong communication, presentation, project management, and time management skills. High level of integrity and discretion handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with associates and external parties.
